The following is the Terms & Conditions of the agreement between Bonsai Import Company (“Company”) and the buyer (“Buyer”) of goods or services through the Company’s Website (www.BonsaiImportCompany.com). If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase anything, so please review these terms carefully.
By using this website or by placing any purchase orders using this website, Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Only upon acceptance of the terms contained herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic or phone orders. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Company makes no warranties once the Product leaves the Company premise. All Product listed on the Company’s website are sold on an “as is” basis. All sales are considered final. No funds or exchanges will be offered in any instance. The Buyer shall be solely responsible for accepting delivery of the Product shipped to the Buyer’s mailing address. Buyer shall notify the Company of product loss or damage within 24 hours of accepting delivery. The Company assumes no responsibility for the health and welfare of the products after they leave our premises.
Cash, PayPal and Visa/MasterCard are only acceptable methods of payment. Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price for the products plus shipping charges within 48 hours of order placement. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Buyer represents and warrants that (1) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (2) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honored by the Buyer’s credit card company and (3) Buyer shall pay charges incurred by Buyer at the amount in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. The Company does not protect Buyers from unauthorized use of Buyer’s credit card information.
Orders are shipped to your location using the expressed delivery service options for each individual tree. The shipping options from FedEx and UPS are to be used as a guide only, as an estimate, for how much it will cost. All orders, excluding pickup, will be made in two payments. 1) Buyer pays for the items only by checking out with selecting the Delivery Checkout option. (Do not select FedEx or UPS option to complete checkout) 2) Once payment is received we will send a bill for the exact cost of shipping. After shipping payment is complete we will setup and confirm delivery dates. We typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Packages that are too large to ship standard ground or air will be shipped FedEx Freight. Handling time for larger orders can take 1-3 weeks to process. Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you a confirmation email with pickup details. We typically schedule pickups Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the location listed above. No pickups are too made without our prior confirmation from both parties.
